Understanding the goal
For a good user experience, it is important to understand current problems and the purpose of the digital solution. Prototyping
Based on the concept, our UX designers create a fully functional click dummy that corresponds to the end product. This can be tested directly on a smartphone or PC. Testing
With a usability test, you obtain the opinion of end users on the planned designs. It is useful in two cases: for an existing product before optimisation and for a prototype before final development. The test helps you to reduce development time and costs as problems are recognised at an early stage.
Optimisation
Usability testing allows errors to be rectified before development. Based on the test results, we optimise the prototype to avoid constant changes during development. Finally, we test the customised version again to ensure that the prototype is error-free. As soon as the prototype meets the customer's requirements, it is released for development.
