With the use of software, tools and transformation support, we at Brainbits improve the working world of our customers - the interdisciplinary Molly marketing team makes sure that we are perceived as just as positive, likeable and competent as we actually are. The Molly team works lovingly every day on images, texts, marketing and websites and members enjoy the agile framework and the freedom such work provides. As a co-creator (d/f/m), you can unfold and let off some creative steam for approximately 20 hours per week in a freethinking environment - your ideas are just as welcome as you are!

Your tasks: 

• Design tasks within the team and successive takeover of your own areas of responsibility

• Development of graphics and templates for social media

• Continuous development of our website

• Design of presentation and communication media

• Participation in current projects such as the conception and implementation of a sophisticated design refresh and the transfer of such into a brand manual

• Supporting the Senior Art Director on photo shoots (from story conception to image editing)

• Occasional printing here and there (even though our focus is clearly online)

• Occasional entertainment of your colleagues ;-)

You:

• Already have experience in designing online media and an exciting portfolio

• Have a fantastic eye for visuals and a desire for varied tasks

• Know and master programs such as the Adobe suite, Sketch and PowerPoint and enjoy learning how to use new tools (such as Figma)

• Extract meaningful and appropriate elements from current trends and make them your own

• Are open, creative and eager to learn

• Have a mind of your own and enjoy agile - i.e. self-organised and iterative - teamwork
