Your tasks:
Competent and friendly consulting of our customers regarding planning, implementation, and operation of ITSM according to ITIL 4
Determination, analysis and implementation of individual customer requirements with regard to ITSM and ESM using Atlassian solutions
Resourceful process consulting and optimisation
Conducting workshops as well as customer-specific training
Further development of related materials within the team
Supporting pre-sales activities
Active presence at customer meetings and occasionally on site
You:
Come either from a consulting, administration or project business background or are fresh out of university - the main thing we need is for you to be obsessed with service management!
You know how to identify the needs and requirements of different customers and derive smart solutions from them
Are already familiar with the agile ITSM world and want to get to know it even better
Are a joy and motivation for customers and colleagues with your solution-oriented attitude
You communicate internally and externally in a straightforward and respectful manner and are not afraid to speak up when something isn't working
Have an ITIL Foundation certification hanging above your fireplace
